Your transcript stays with the visit.
With everyone’s permission, record the conversation and receive a plain-language summary. Audio stays on your iPhone while the summary is created, then BastCare deletes it. The original transcript stays protected on your iPhone with the visit, so you can view or download it and regenerate the summary. A separate masked copy is sent securely to OpenAI, Bast’s AI processing provider, only when you ask BastCare to create or regenerate a summary. Bast does not save or log transcript text.
