Translate a saved summary without reprocessing the recording. Successful translations save on your iPhone, so switching back does not require another translation.

Cleaner, more consistent screens make recording, reading, sharing, Settings, and BastCare Plus easier to move through.

Improved recovery protects unfinished visits through repeated interruptions. Readable transcript logs and PDF export make it easier to revisit the source.
BastCare translates the saved summary, not the recording or the app interface. AI-generated summaries and translations may contain errors; check important details.

Built for privacy
With everyone’s permission, record the conversation and receive a plain-language summary. Audio stays on your iPhone while the summary is created, then BastCare deletes it. The original transcript stays protected on your iPhone with the visit, so you can view or download it and regenerate the summary. A separate masked copy is sent securely to Anthropic or OpenAI, whichever AI provider BastCare selects for the request, only when you ask BastCare to create or regenerate a summary. A request uses the selected provider; it does not automatically go to both. Bast does not save or log transcript text. See how your information is processed.

Your summary stays private on your iPhone unless you choose to share it. From My Visits, review the summary, select a CareTeam, and stop sharing later.
